Ad Dahariz Beach, is one of the most visited beach in the city of Salalah. As a matter of fact, this is the only public beach in Salalah city with some activities. It’s a long stretch of pristine, white sand beach with lots of coconut trees.
A lot of families visit this place every evening and stay till late night. The view at night is as stunning as that of the day time.

Walkway at Ad Dahariz Beach
Recently, the development and beautification work on Dahariz Beach was completed and opened to public in Khareef 2015. The key highlight of this project was Walkway. The walkway is beautifully lightened up with bollard lights. For staying healthy, one can walk or jog at sunrise and sunset time, while enjoying the lovely view of the beach.

Besides the walkway, the project has developed very photogenic and elegant sitting umbrellas (gazebo). Now one can sit with the family on the benches under the shade and enjoy the views of the beautiful beach.
Parking area has also been constructed. The project has reshaped the place and enhanced the beauty of the beach.

Many new restaurants have opened recently on the main road of Dahariz Beach, which has added dining options on this awesome beach. The eating options range from a coffee shop to fast food outlet to traditional food restaurant.

Many people stay till late night at this beach and enjoy the walk at cold white sand and the stunning view of the beach at night time, which is as good as the evening time. There is sufficient street and walkway light at night time.

Located on the Eastern part of Salalah, the beach is easily accessible by 10 to 20 minutes drive from any part of Salalah.
