Salalah is a popular destination in Oman. The entire Dhofar region is searched by visitors as Salalah, as Salalah is the largest city in the province. There are many seasonal waterfalls in Salalah, which are mentioned in this post.

Firstly, the Dhofar Mountains, which spread in the shape of an arc in the center, offers variety of the attractions, like valleys, springs, waterfalls, gorges, sinkholes, and caves. The waterfalls and ayn are the highlights, which are present in khareef season only.

2. The Bigger Waterfall at Wadi Darbat Travertine Curtain

This is the second waterfall in Wadi Darbat. The cascade waterfall in the valley makes a fall from the top to the ground level for further flowing towards the sea. 3. Ayn Athum Waterfall

4. Ayn Khor Waterfall (Ain Koor)

Ayn Khor waterfall is located on the Western side of Salalah, near Raysut Cement factory. Due to this proximity, it is also called Raysut Waterfall.

5. Ayn Gogub Waterfall in Ayn Khyout

Gogob Waterfall is one of the popular waterfalls in Salalah, Oman. This is a seasonal waterfall and is only present in the months of Khareef. In the other part of the year, the waterfall is not present.

6. Ayn Sahalnoot

8. Ayn Jarziz Near Ittin
