TAQA FESTIVAL 2016 started on 7th April and continued till 16th of April 2016.

TAQA FESTIVAL 2016 EVENTS SCHEDULE
Taqah Festival 2016 Events Schedule is as follows
Coin Exhibition
Spotted 5 Rial Omani Coin in the coin exhibition. It was printed in 1299.
Currency Exhibition
Omani currency notes (in use and not in use) were put on display. Good to see the notes like 1/4th Rial and 200 Biazas.
New note that was issued to mark 45th National day was also on display.
Antiques Exhibition
Antiques such as old cutlery items, old radio, old Oman Passport and many other antique stuff were on display.
Craftsmen Exhibition
Many good frankincense pots, hand fans were sold in the exhibition along with other items.
Colorful Balloons were sold in the festival. We need one too 🙂
